For next day delivery orders - all goods must be currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 12 noon. We will then aim to deliver items on the next working day. Please remember: We advise customers not to book tradesmen based on the estimated delivery dates.
We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. Some deliveries such as our pallet deliveries cannot be left in a safe place and will require a signature. If these deliveries are missed, they may require a re-delivery fee. If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. You can track the progress of your order on our website. To do this you just need to enter your email address and order number on our contact page.
If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours using the Contact Us form, or by emailing sales@boilerandbathroom.co.uk and somebody will look into it and contact you as soon as possible. We aim to resolve these issues within 48 hours.
We only deliver to mainland UK destinations, but we maybe offer international deliveries. If you happen to live outside the UK and are interested in our products, you can email sales@boilerandbathroom.co.uk to receive a quote on the shipping cost to your country.
All orders can be collected from our offices in Lincoln. Simply choose Collect from Store when prompted for your delivery choice in the checkout process. However, please be aware that our products are housed in a different on-site warehouse, and so your product will not be able to collect on the same day you order. Once you have arranged to Collect From Store, we will contact you to let you know when your items arrive and are ready for collection, to save you from a wasted journey! Please be advised we have introduced a number of social distancing measures to ensure both our team and customers are kept safe; - Please do not visit the showroom outside of you allotted pickup time. - Please ensure you have proof of purchase ready to show the team.
When you take receipt of your order, you are required to give your items a quick check to ensure there are no problems and that you are happy to receive the order. If you notice any missing items or other problems, please contact our customer services team immediately.
You can track your order via our website, you just need to enter your order your FedEx Tracking Number.

Unfortunately, due to the average size and cost of our orders, this is not something we are able to do. Although, some of our courier services will sometimes use their own discretion on this matter.
